Commitment #1: You will have full control and autonomy over your pay, schedule, and which jobs you take.

Commitment #2: If you have taken the time to develop a relationship with a client and recognize that you need to hand it over to an agency. Not only will you have priority over that account, but you will also receive a commission for the life of the contract.

Commitment #3: If you don’t feel safe while working, such as bullying or harassment from the client or the location is in an unsafe environment, you are able to bring it to the attention of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and he will help navigate the situation to a safe conclusion.
